I live e-commerce every day, from the perspective of someone who has to make the numbers work. Years of complex projects for high-end brands have taught me one thing: a beautiful website that doesn't sell is a cost. A well-built ecosystem — structure, product, logistics, marketing, data — is a machine that grows.
